US Flags at Half Staff in Montana in Honor of Army Reserve Colonel, Bill Beaman  |
| Montana Governor Schweitzer has ordered all flags throughout the State of Montana to be flown at half-staff on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in honor of retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel, Bill Beaman who died on February 16, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. All individuals are encouraged to join in this tribute. |

US Flags at Half Staff in Hawaii in Honor of former State Representative Samuel Sang Hoy Lee  |
| Governor Neil Abercrombie today ordered that all national and Hawai'i flags at all State offices and agencies as well as the Hawai'i National Guard are to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, February 18, 2012 in memory of former State Representative Samuel Sang Hoy Lee.
Former Representative Lee served the Mililani district from 1986 to 1996. He was succeeded in the House of Representatives by his partner in life, Marilyn. Prior to serving in the House, Sam Lee served in the Department of State’s Foreign Service. |

| The Virginia Governor has ordered that the flag of the Commonwealth of Virginia is to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol building in respect and memory of Gore Volunteer Fire & Rescue Fire Fighter Zachary Whitacre who gave his life in the line of duty. The flag shall be lowered at sunrise on Saturday, February 18, 2012, and remain at half-staff until sunset. |

US Flags to Half Staff in Arizona in Honor of Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyler L. Estrada  |
| Governor Jan Brewer has ordered the lowering of all flags at state office buildings to half-staff from sunrise to sunset today, February 16, 2012 in honor of Petty Officer 3rd Class Kyler L. Estrada, 21, of Maricopa, Arizona.
Petty Officer 3rd Class Estrada died February 14 as a result of a non-combat related training incident in Djibouti. Estrada, a Navy hospital corpsman, was assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary unit based at Camp Pendleton, California. |
